Welcome to Dance Fever - a professional and charming dance studio specializing in social and
competitive ballroom dancing for kids and adults in Greater Boston area!

The benefits of dancing for kids and youths are extensive, ranging from improved
social skills and confidence, to an enriched health and mental well-being. The
Competitive program is for dancers who want to take their discipline a step
further. At The Studio we believe incomplete training of competitors, which
includes learning to focus the mind, body, and spirit.
<p>
Group classes are open for both singles and couples. Group classes are
designed to teach students the basic principals of social dancing which include
patterns, musicality, partnering, and the characterization of each dance. </P>
<p>
Dance Fever Studio is conveniently located on Needham - Newton line by the Exit
19 of Route 128. It has an excellent dance floor, all the amenities and friendly
atmosphere.

Emil and Ruta Ioukhnikov are the owners and teachers of Dance Fever. They
began their dancing careers at a very young age. Emil started dancing when he
was five and Ruta at the age of eight. At the age of sixteen they became
partners and proceeded to attend and win major competitions throughout all of
Europe. Upon moving from Lithuania to Israel they opened their own studio, and
began training and coaching children and youth dance pairs, who later became
winners and finalists of major European competitions in Germany, Holland,
France, England, and Italy.

On numerous occasions their dance couples became national champions and
represented Israel at the World Championships. Shortly after arrival to United
States they opened their own dance studio that has grown tremendously in just
one year . They have over a hundred students ranging in ages from three to
eighty. By virtue of having satisfactorily passed the Examinations required by
the Council of the United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing
and Lithuanian Union of Dance Sport Professionals Emil and Ruta were granted the
Distinctive Member Title in Ballroom and Latin American Dancing.
